Email the studio
The best route for anything that isn't a bug: questions, ideas, or wanting to know when something ships.
One person reads everything that comes in, so please be specific. It genuinely helps, and it's usually what turns a report into a fix.

There's a Feedback button in the app header. It's the fastest way to report something, and it comes through with enough context that we usually don't have to ask follow-up questions.
Submissions are private to the studio. Nobody in your household can read them, including you.
Three things make almost any report actionable: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. If you can add the device and whether you were online at the time, that's usually enough to reproduce it.
Screenshots help more than descriptions of screenshots.
Households share one set of credentials, so the first thing to try is another family member who's still signed in. If nobody can get in, email the studio from an address connected to the household and we'll work out what can be done.
Be aware there is a deliberate limit here: households are isolated by design, and that isolation is not something the studio can casually reach around.
Yes. Export to CSV, Excel or PDF from inside the app at any time, for one person or for everyone. You don't need to ask anyone for that, and it isn't behind a paid tier.
Yes. Account Settings has a self-service Delete Account option. It asks for your password, and it permanently wipes the household and everything in it. Export first if you want to keep anything.

Both get announced on the updates page when there's something real to say. Nothing gets a launch date here before it deserves one.
Maybe. Suggestions genuinely do shape these apps. But each one is deliberately narrow, and quite a few good ideas get declined because they belong in a different app, or in no app at all. If yours is declined you'll get a reason rather than silence.
Write anyway. A question that's already been answered somewhere is still worth asking if you couldn't find the answer. That's usually a sign the answer is in the wrong place.
